Must possess at least a college or a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
Preferably with at least 1 - 2 years doing taxation and compliance tasks;
Knowledgeable in Tax (BIR Filing and Compliance, Alphalist Filing, etc.)
Preferably worked with External Auditor or Accounting firms
Has a strong aptitude for numbers and highly analytical;
Must be organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task;
Must know how to answer and deal with concerns and queries from external regulators and with customer service skills;
With adept computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs, such as MS Excel; and
Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy in dealing with confidential financial matters.
