A.JOB OBJECTIVE
The Reimbursement Officer must have solid written and verbal communication skills to monitor, audit and craft reports about trouble some accounts. The Reimbursement Specialist process claim quickly and accurately, and ensure there are no errors or issues in the claim.
B.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
B1. EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business and marketing related course from a reputable institution.
B2. WORK EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 1 year experience in any sales related job
B3. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Weekly Reimbursement
Filing and Boxing.
Processing Orders.
Reimbursement/Disbursement Monthly Summary.
Tracking of Deliveries.
Checking of CM Report & Credit Card Subsidy.
C.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strictly follow HQ finance process and policies
Checks, audits and validates on reimbursements submitted
Maintain proper record of all transactions
Audits all invoices, quotations, and any financial transactions
Prepares and process payment request, reimbursements, and other financial transactions request
Prepares or checks or audits incentives and payroll file.
Safekeeping of documentations, contracts, invoices
Manages and records accurately dealer accounts and receivables.
Computes and checks on the rebates, price adjustments, and other dealer incentives.
