As a Business Process Supervisor, you will provide leadership and support to the Supplier Enablement Team.

Reporting to the Business Process Manager, you will have the opportunity to work at one of the largest privately held companies in the world with over 120,000+ employees and presence in 60 countries. We will be seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals with an ability to work with Koch customers.
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and support to the Supplier Enablement Team.
- Attracts, retains, and develops business process analysts.
- Creates and environment focused on advancing the culture where team members can thrive.
- Drives an analytical mindset within the team to foster innovation and creative destruction.
- Ensures there is a strong emphasis on financial control stewardship and processes help safeguard company assets.
- Build relationships cross-functionally with procurement, finance, operations, and IT to bring optimal solutions to supplier enablement\'s processes.
- Fluency in English and Chinese to work with our Chinese counterparts
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Experience working with internal financial control standards and processes.
- Previous experience with supplier master data.
- Previous experience with supervising teams.
