Your Responsibilities
The ADM Finance team plays a key role in the success of the business, providing management and stakeholders with high-quality, accurate, and timely financial information and analysis for both business support and development and external reporting requirements. To successfully deliver a world class service to the business, ADM seeks high caliber team players able to gain the depth and breadth of skills across different cultures in a progressive training program designed to equip you with the skills and experience required to become a first-class finance professional.

Talented graduates are our finance professionals and ultimately our finance leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, the development of young talent is critical for the success of our organization. As program participant, you will gain experience in an international environment within our Business Unit Finance, Global Business Services and Centers of Excellence functions. As Finance Trainee, you will have exposure to senior finance leaders in ADM.

Our program is designed for two years (plus optional 6 months) rotation in different finance functions. You will work closely with our highly skilled and experienced finance management professionals during your rotations. Our finance functions include the following: Global Business Services, Business Unit Controlling, Business Unit Financial Planning and Analysis, Statutory Accounting, Treasury, Credit and Tax. You will rotate to most of these functions for 3-6 months. The program offers you prospects for an international career and the chance to play an important role in the ADM finance organization.

After successfully completing our APAC Finance Trainee program, you are ready to take on a challenging role in the ADM finance function you will be assigned to.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree, ideally in finance, business or related discipline with a genuine interest for agribusiness, human nutrition and animal nutrition industry.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), an additional Asian language is an advantage
• Internationally mobile - willing to accept assignments in different countries
• Strong Team Player with excellent collaboration skills across different stakeholders
• Strong interest to learn all aspects of finance and highly motivated to develop a finance career in a regional and global environment.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and self-motivated with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement
• Attention to details and possess an aptitude for finanical data analysis and reporting
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as complex formulas with Excel, pivots, lookups. Experience with Power BI, VBA, Access, Power Query or even Python is an added advantage.
