Finance/Accounts Executive

Responsibilities / Requirements include: Responsible for managing full sets account for multiple entities; To handle daily accounting and bookkeeping entries; Reconciliation of accounts and monitor bank account balances; Ensure the standard Operating Procedures are update periodically; Issue payments with proper authorization; Monitor bank account balances; Prepare GST return; Prepare bank reconciliations; Assist and support on internal and external queries; Assist in petty cash disbursements; To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents & relevant authorities; Perform various administrative duties, such as filling documents, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence related to the accounting departments; Other add-hoc from Director and Manager.

Job Requirements: At least 2 years accounting experience; Experience in bank, workforce agency, investment company, or any SME is preferable; Experience in management company to manage multiple entities; Expertise in XBRL and GST reporting, tax reporting is required; Experience in payroll processing would be added advantage; Candidates with Chinese and English speaking and writing experience is preferred to communicate with clients from China; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work independently and work under tight timelines.
