Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring effective coordination and timely completion of audit requirements.
• Drive working capital optimization initiatives to enhance financial performance and liquidity.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment, implementing and monitoring controls to mitigate risks.
• Supervise a team member responsible for accounts payable, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the management and systems accountant to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Report directly to the Finance Director, providing regular updates on financial performance and contributing insights to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA is required.
• Proven at least 4 years experience in general accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting, in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.
• Experience managing internal and external audits.
• Ability to optimize working capital and drive process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
