Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (CPA is preferred).
3-5 years' experience, specializing in Financial Accounting, Balance sheet recons/financial statements/budgets & Australian taxation for an Australian client is essential.
Has experience is managing at least 2 direct reports and can function as a team lead.
Excellent written (email) and verbal communication skills (be able to interact directly with clients)
Experience in collaborating with onshore internal team members (Admin & Finance Team)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) & Reporting (VLOOKUP etc.)
Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to multitask effectively, manage timelines and meet deadlines
Have used business accounting software, like MYOB Advanced or equivalent
Has an inquisitive mind, ability to solve adhoc invoicing queries and suggest appropriate solutions
Sound business acumen, highly numerate, with excellent planning & analytical capabilities
