Ultrabulk A/S is looking for a structured and detail-oriented colleague for our Finance team.

We offer a position as a Financial Accountant in an international and trusted shipping company. For the right candidate, it is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a unique workplace where continuous improvement is embedded in the culture. You will join a team of dedicated professionals and you will be responsible for various tasks related to accounting, reconciliations and processing of invoices and credit card expenses through our digital tools.

The position is located at our officein Singaporealong with a number of colleagues who are supporting our bulk business. You will work closely with our Finance team in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our extensive onboarding program includes a 3-month outplacement in Copenhagen, Denmark where you will be trained by the Finance team.

This is why we are looking for a new colleague who is detail-oriented and thrives with structure” says Head of Finance, Michael Hansen. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing and following up on invoices and credit card expenses through our digital platform (Acubiz)
• Verifying and checking of payment proposals generated through our vendor module in SAP
• Processing of manual payments, where this is still relevant, and participation in eliminating these by exploring how these can be transferred to our digital platform
• Reconciliation of banks, including matching of bank transactions
• Reconciliation of various financial accounts during the month-end closing

• A relevant educational background and experience within accounting
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Excellent team-player skills
• Confident working with Excel and general experience with Office 365
• Confident in both spoken and written English as English is the company language

• Working knowledge with SAP and invoice processing is an advantage but not a requirement

• A residence and work permit allowing you to work in Singapore
