Innovation is in our DNA, and as an organization we are continually expanding, challenging, and stretching ourselves to ensure we stay ahead of and continue to drive, the ever-changing commercial negotiations market.THE ROLE OF SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT AT THE GAP PARTNERSHIP The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Financial Accountant, Financial Controller and FP&A Manager on various responsibilities within accounting. The role will serve the requirements of the wider regional team, operations team, sector leaders and consultants.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sorting, inputting or scanning of purchase invoices
  • Account assignment and posting of purchase invoices
  • Travel expense claims
  • Invoice verification
  • Processing, maintaining and reconciling accounts payable
  • Independent processing of all questions arising in the accounts payable area
  • Creation of Sales Invoices
  • Ensuring all sales details are correct and assisting in queries from the sales team in relation to sales
  • Bank Entries and reconciliation
  • Intercompany AP and AR transactions including Invoices
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Studying towards a Finance qualification or QBE
  • Commitment, team spirit, sociability and communication skills
  • Professional appearance with a high level of service orientation
  • Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative, commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Business fluent in Cantonese and English required, other foreign languages desirable, especially Mandarin
  • Confident handling of MS-Office package (especially Excel) necessary and financial systems (Salesforce / Financial Force / Oracle NetSuite) advantageous
