About our group:Factory support FP&A team drives a sustainable increase in shareholder value through effective business partnering, planning, and reporting that enabling our partners to make optimal business decisions while fulfilling our fiduciary responsibilities.About the role - you will:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with multiple site finance and operation on manufacturing plan, analysis, and prepare month-end journal entries. Key responsibility includes confirm and report actual manufacturing activities and forecast.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with material and scrap team to collect company cost of goods sold input into data base and prepare variance report for management team review.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with IT team to maintain SAP system and Data for Product Cost. Key responsibility includes understand data structure and advise system user.\xc2\xb7 Ad hoc assignments and projectsAbout you:\xc2\xb7 Have strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with sound understanding of accounting principles.\xc2\xb7 Have strong capability to pick up new system skills for data analytic and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Knime, Alteryx, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Have good English communication skills and flair to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.\xc2\xb7 Have tenacity to work under pressure and effective time management skill.\xc2\xb7 A natural learner who is open to embrace changes and has good eyes for details and accuracy.Your experience includes:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 to 2 years of accounting, audit, or business data analytics experience\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Accounting and/or Business, with strong Information Technology inclination\xc2\xb7 Experience with SAP ERP and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 a plus, especially Microsoft Excel\xc2\xb7 Open to fresh graduate with suitable work experiences, skillsets and personal attributesLocation:W3, Woodlands, SingaporeLocation: Woodlands, Singapore, W3
