You are dedicated to supporting your team and the company, understanding the critical role you play in the organisation\'s success.Make an Impact - what you\'ll be doingWe are seeking a Financial Analyst to be part of a pioneering Strategic Finance Business Partnering team. You will lead central reporting functions, ensuring P&L accuracy, and providing financial performance reports to stakeholders.You will create insightful management reports, maintain, and enhance P&L dashboards, and automate finance processes. By collaborating with the Finance team and other departments, you will refine reporting processes, conduct variance analysis, develop KPIs, and support the team in business performance review meetings.In addition, you will act as a finance business partner to oversee G&A budgets, focusing on cost optimisation to enhance financial operations and provide actionable data to decision-makers. This includes streamlining processes, leveraging BI tools, and implementing best practices for cost management and resource allocation. You will also work on improving resource efficiency and aligning G&A functions with the company\'s strategic goals to ensure all activities add value and support core operations.What You\'ll NeedMinimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Finance, with professional accreditation (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) advantageous.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years\' experience in FP&A.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite) and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) for comprehensive data management and analysis are must-haves.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of effectively collecting, organising, and interpreting data to make robust conclusions and drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and simplify intricate data for broader understanding and strategic application.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders and advocate for best practices and improvements.
  • Ability to work as a team player, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Experience in sectors such as Retail, E-commerce, B2C, and Logistics, especially within US and Australian markets advantageous.
