Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes by gathering inputs and assumptions.
• Utilize historical data and market trends to prepare accurate financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget utilization and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from planned targets and propose corrective actions.

Business Performance Review:

• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data to evaluate business performance.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews and provide insights to management.
• Identify areas of improvement and propose strategies to enhance financial performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement performance improvement initiatives.

Country Analysis:

• Analyse financial data specific to the APAC region, focusing on Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Evaluate country-specific financial metrics, market dynamics, and regulatory factors.
• Provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities in each country.
• Collaborate with local teams to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Case Studies and Insights:

• Conduct case studies to analyze financial scenarios and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
