Financial Assistant

Job Description

Assist in calculating import and export costs (value of goods, freight, insurance, customs duties, VAT, etc.) Organize and verify customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other documents Assist in collecting, organizing, and submitting export tax refund documents Follow up on foreign currency receipts and payments, and assist in verifying foreign exchange receipts Requirements Further requirements: Major in finance, accounting, auditing, international trade, or related fields Associate degree or above, recent graduates or those with approximately 1 year of relevant experience are welcome Understanding basic accounting knowledge and financial processes Familiarity with basic import and export business processes and relevant documents (customs declarations, invoices, bills of lading, etc.) is preferred Proficient in office software such as Excel and possess basic data processing skills Attentive, responsible, and possesses excellent communication and execution skills Able to cooperate in completing monthly and annual closing and ad-hoc financial tasks
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
