The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a MNC organisation in the Chemicals Industry. You contribute to the setting and execution of the strategy of the business, by leading processes of Reporting, Budgeting and Business Planning, Forecasting, Investments and Performance Management.

• Location: Central
• Salary: Up $11000
• Start ASAP
• 1 year contract (conversion/ renewal is subjected to performance and business directions)

The Talent

• Minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance related background with CA qualification
• Experience in the Chemicals or similar industries will be an added advantage
• Strong in Excel and SAP
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and quickly adjust to changing business priorities and time-lines

• Assist and provide decision support relating to the development and implementation of the overall strategy across regions.
• Challenge and monitor long term pricing strategy
• Support to evaluate, define and prioritize market and customer opportunities in order to increase competitive position
• Partnering with the business to provide insights and regular financial performance and results reporting, underlying business drivers and future outlook to support the business unit & Leadership Team in driving strategy implementation and performance management by making stronger and well informed business decisions
• Prepare and review business strategic plans and management information, across all financial metrics; including but not limited to revenues, costs, capital, Economic Profit and workforce planning
• Develop, monitor and review the project costing activities as well as establish controls (time writing, product costing / new products tool, etc.)
• Advise the business from a financial perspective and support the in preparing business cases for new products
• Support the Marketing & Innovation Leadership Teams and relevant stakeholders on ad hoc financial analysis, reporting and queries, providing advice as subject matter expert and financial advisor
• Drive performance management process including target setting
