Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team & oversees a company's accounting operations, including managing budgets, financial reporting, internal controls, cash flow, and tax affairs Prepare and consolidate financial statements, reports, and analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making Work closely with the trading team to understand and manage the financial implications of commodity transactions Oversee cash flow, manage banking relationships, and handle other treasury-related activities Any ad-hoc duties as required
