The CompanyJoin an established multi-billion Energy MNC with global presence. Due to evolving business needs, they are actively recruiting for a Financial Controller to lead an established team.

The RoleReporting to the CEO and managing a large team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting operations, statutory financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, driving the budgeting and forecasting process, internal controls and compliance, audit, tax as well as corporate finance responsibilities in M&A. Other key areas include reviewing contractual and legal terms, daily cash management and optimization, finance project management, capital allocation and reviewing investment proposals. Excellent stakeholder management skills is critical for this role as you will be engaging with senior management on a regional level, business partners, external audit, tax consultants, bankers, etc. To coach, develop and lead the team in a positive manner to adapt to changes in line with the corporate vision.

Your ProfileTo qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant and have a Degree in Accountancy with minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in a broad-based finance role (including treasury and corporate finance responsibilities) within Energy, Power, Utilities industries. We are looking for a Finance leader with a proven track record in a MNC, with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
