Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management within the organization. The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

+ Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
+ Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
+ Oversee statutory reporting and disclosures in line with listed company requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

+ Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
+ Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

Internal Controls & Compliance

+ Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems.
+ Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and stock exchange regulations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

+ Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity.
+ Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements.

Audit & Risk Management

+ Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion.
+ Identify and mitigate financial risks across the business.

Team Leadership

+ Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
+ Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.
+ MUST be able to do Consolidation of group accounts ( with subsidiaries, associate companies, overseas joint ventures)

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred). Proven experience as a Financial Controller role in a

listed company

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and stock exchange compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
