Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Power BI Analytics:

Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards using Power BI. Ensure real-time financial reporting and analytics for better decision-making. Build interactive and visual financial models to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Enhance forecasting accuracy through AI-powered predictive analytics. Implement dynamic financial dashboards to monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends.

AI & Financial Engineering Integration:

Leverage machine learning and AI for financial forecasting and fraud detection. Develop AI-driven models for capital allocation, pricing optimization, cashflow and financial risk
assessment.


Automate financial processes such as cashflow tracking, variance analysis, and audit workflows. Partner with data engineers to enhance financial data architecture for AI applications.

Confidentiality & Risk Management:

Implement robust financial controls to ensure data security and regulatory compliance. Protect confidential financial information. Conduct risk analysis using AI-based anomaly detection to identify potential financial risks.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Provide real-time financial insights to executives and decision-makers. Develop AI-powered scenario-based financial planning models. Optimize cash flow, budgeting, and cost allocation through automation. Support M&A activities and financial restructuring using advanced analytics.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education: CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on financial reporting, AI automation,
and Power BI analytics.


Proven expertise in automated financial reporting and AI-driven forecasting models.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL for financial reporting. Experience with Python, R, or MATLAB for AI-driven financial analysis. Proficient in Oracle Netsuite application.

Soft Skills:

High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and communication to work cross-functionally. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
