Developing plans for financial growth and preparing financial reports analyzing Financial data.

Structured and with the ability to implement and deliver on time

Experience from internal control/SOX . Leading the Audit team for SSAE 18 SOC 1 Type II audit (SOX)

Overseeing and preparing income statements.

Oversee and ensure timely Vessel Financial reporting to the clients and maintaining communication with clients

Handling relationship with banks, vendors

Oversee and ensure timely payments to vendors and crew allotments

Oversee audit, tax and secretarial matters

Managing financial transactions and developing of accounting & finance team. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Plan and develop systems or process improvement to increase productivity

Technically competent with up to date knowledge of accounting standards and practices and tax provisions.

Participating in budgeting processes.

Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

Requirements

Requirement

Min 10-12 years of experience in accounting or auditing with 5 years in Managerial position.

Experience in Ship Management environment is must.

Able to head Finance and Account team in Singapore and India and reporting to CEO.

Master's degree in accounting or Certified Public Accountant

Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as excel, outlook etc. Advanced Excel skills is must.

Fluent in English, oral and written, with strong communication skills

Interpersonal skills, especially the ability to engage with senior management is essential
