Assist the management in oversee day to day financial operation as well as accounting activities.
Responsible for the financial and regulatory compliance of the company.
Implement strategic business operation plan and participate in decision making, forecasting, and budgeting at the company level.
Responsible for overall financial functions of company including reviewing monthly financial statement, preparing regulatory reporting and auditing, forecasting revenue and etc.
Preparing monthly forecast and financial reports for shareholders.
Liaising with the company's external auditors through the auditing process and provide any necessary information.
Monitoring and making recommendations for the company's accounting system.
Provide insight to finance team and formulate company financial analysis for further planning.
