The company frequently injects new designs, promotes accessible and affordable products, distinguishing themselves from their competitors. The team is hiring for a Financial Controller to beef up the finance function, potential plans to list in US. As the head of financial controlling, you will: Be responsible for full sets of accounts, consolidate for regional portfolio Manage a team of 8 - 10 headcounts, you will lead monthly closing, is hands on with AP, AR, inventory functions Savvy with SAP, you are able to implement systems and drive system improvement projects Lead budget exercise, liaise with tax and audit consultants, coordinating with regional teams to formulate tax and compliance strategies Drive ERP implementation, identify process gaps, strengthen internal controls The Successful Applicant Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, at least 10 years of working experience Developed career with Big 4 or professional accounting firm, hands on with full spectrum finance function, operational accounting Candidates with prior work experience in retail industry will be advantageous US GAAP/SOX experience, IPO exposure will be critical for the role Strong leadership experience, managing large finance teams, driven system implementation What's on Offer The successful candidate may look forward to: Being a key finance lead of a fast growing retail brand High visibility to co-founders and senior management
