The RolePerform admission of patients, handles customers queries pertaining to bill estimation, provide diagnosis/surgical codes, generate reports, and review MRO notes. Also to discuss with Drs/clinic staff on patients\xe2\x80\x99 treatment plan and duration of stay in hospital to better estimate in-flight patients bill size, perform re-financial counselling, assist with evacuation financial estimates and liaising with Drs/Clinics.Key accountabilitiesThe Role: Perform admission of patients, handles customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries pertaining to bill estimation, provide diagnosis/surgical codes, generate reports, and review MRO notes.Job Responsibilities:

• Perform registration and answer to any bill estimation enquiries
• Assist to provide diagnosis / surgical codes in absence of clinical coder
• Monitor in-flight accounts and engage payors to discuss payment arrangements
• Work with Drs/clinics to arrange for medical evacuation plans
• Work with various stakeholders on medical complaint cases
• Explain bills to patients/next-of-kin

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline, preferably Nursing / Medical related
• Nursing / Medical knowledge in medical diagnosis and surgical procedures
• Computer Literacy
• Pass in Mathematics
• Good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Experience in Leading/Supervising a team
• Positive Attitude
