LocationPhilippines - Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. :

• Build a new team to recover fraud losses and submit fraud claims to Government entities
• Collaborate with business units to discuss on the relevant information available to support claims
• Engage in external stakeholders to request/ provide information for fraud investigation
• Prepare documents/ collect information for fraud claims
• Research fraud-related policies and build effective enforcement processes

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Antifraud, Risk Management, Trust & Safety in eCommerce or Tech industry in general
• Has an understanding of local regulations such as AMLA, Data Privacy, Bank Secrecy
• Having experience in the Government sector especially the crime enforcement industry is a plus
• Good level of English both spoken and written
• High level of integrity with handling of sensitive personal information
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, team spirit, project management
