Handle full sets of accounts & perform month-end closing activities.
Preparation and maintaining accounts for the of clients which includes monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, GST reporting in compliance with the client\xe2\x80\x99s policies and statutory requirements.
Preparation of clients\' deliverables (i.e. Management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director\'s Report).
Computing of taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S.
Assist clients with any accounting, payroll GST and corporate tax related issues.
Handle ACRA\xe2\x80\x99s work matters (i.e Incorporation of company; XBRL & Annual return etc.)
Provide HR support and administration which including recruitment, staffing, performance management and compensation & benefits, etc.
Maintain and ensure the physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries.
Maintain proper worker records and to administrate employee benefits programmes including annual leave, medical leave, etc.
Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment quota.
Any other ad hoc duties as required by boss and clients.
