Being our in-house trainer, you represent MoneyOwl in providing and delivering educational content on financial literacy to members of the public. You\xe2\x80\x99re someone who is passionate about improving the lives of others by sharing and empowering them with the ability to make wise financial decisions.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The spokesperson to advocate MoneyOwl\xe2\x80\x99s philosophy
• Delivery of training or workshops across a variety of financial or wealth management topics physically or virtually
• Conceptualise and develop training or workshop content and materials which meet the training objectives and our corporate social mission
• Review and update training or workshop content to suit the profile of the participants for better engagement
• Research and verify training or coaching materials based on factual data for its accuracy and relevancy
• Initiate and innovate new training methods to enhance the trainees\xe2\x80\x99 learning experiences
• Stay abreast of current industry trends and national financial schemes to meet training needs
• Collaborate across departments for training plans, ideas, and feedback
• Develop strategies to promote the Company\xe2\x80\x99s financial literacy programme

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in education, business or financial related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering classroom training or coaching in wealth management or financial related topics.
• Ability to explain complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand and engaging way
• Excellent communication (writing & speaking), presentation and facilitation skills
• Trainer qualification will serve as an advantage
• Ability to deliver the training in other language(s) would be an advantage due to the wide variety of profile of participants
• Strong team collaboration and camaraderie skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Words/ Excel and Powerpoint)
