What part will you play?


As Financial manager Operations (f/m/d) you are responsible for the daily servicing of the Credit and Treasury portfolio of Siemens Bank GmbH Singapore Branch, maintenance of Bank accounts of the Branch and acting as contact person for all Operations related topics.
  • Conduct daily maintenance of the project and structured finance loan portfolio to maintain accurate payment, loan balance and data quality, including arrears management, entering and maintaining contract data within the Loan Administration system
  • Documentation, confirmation and settlement of all Treasury Transactions of Siemens Bank Singapore Branch
  • Monitoring and daily reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing cashflows
  • Co-operate closely with colleagues in the Risk Management, Treasury, Legal, Accounting and Controlling, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting teams in case of queries
  • Collaborate and liaise with customers, bank partners, key regulators and internal and external auditors
  • Advisory of the Risk Management and Treasury colleagues in case of new credit transactions
  • Central point of contact regarding all Operations related topics
  • Support the analysis of loan documentation



What skills and experience will you bring to the role?
  • You possess minimum three years of experience in Operations/Treasury/Finance
  • You consistently and accurately process daily servicing of the syndicated loan portfolio including, but not limited to the following:
  • Closing and booking of primary transactions and secondary trading activities, subsequent funding requests, loan re-pricings and rate settings, principal payments
  • You have gained expertise in loan administration, syndicated loan documentation and general bank processes
  • Your intercultural sensitivity and excellent English skills enable you to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and partners in an international environment
  • A strong teamwork ethic, good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail complete your profile
