Salary: OpenAbout The Job:As a Financial Manager, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of the company\'s financial affairs in Singapore. This entails overseeing budgetary allocations, conducting financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making, and ensuring regulatory compliance with local financial laws and standards. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance, managing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders, as well as leading and mentoring a dynamic team of finance professionals to drive excellence and achieve organizational objectives.Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company\'s financial performance and achieve long-term growth objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the department\'s effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a financial manager or similar role, preferably in the Singaporean market.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational objectives.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Singaporean tax laws and regulations is preferred.
