As our global business grows, we are strengthening our finance support function in Singapore to ensure stable and compliant operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Executive / Finance Officer to support daily finance operations for our Singapore entity.

This role focuses on bookkeeping, reconciliation, payments, and basic compliance support, working closely with internal teams to support international business activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle daily bookkeeping and financial records

2. Perform bank reconciliation and partner/vendor reconciliation

3. Support daily payments and fund transfers

4. Assist with basic compliance and internal finance processes

5. Coordinate with external service providers when necessary

6. Support additional finance-related or administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

1. Experience in finance, accounting, or related roles

2. Familiar with basic finance operations such as bookkeeping and reconciliation

3. Able to communicate professionally in English and Chinese

4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized

5. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
