RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of eMemo/Contract activities and operational support tasks.
  • Facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding of staff within the Service Recovery team including provisioning of necessary resources.
  • Tracking and managing incident/problem tickets, collaborating with the STSS/Finance teams to provide necessary support and coordination
  • Handling semi-technical tasks, mainly on level 1 technical support
  • Efficient operational support leading to timely incident resolution.
  • Effective management of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the Service Recovery unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 yeas of experience in level 1 technical and operational support
  • Experience in financial industry settings, with a focus on technical documentation and IT operation e.g. incident management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage semi-technical tasks.
  • Experience with eMemo/Contract activities, staff onboarding/offboarding, and incident/problem ticket tracking.
