Job Description
Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Offer timely financial insights and recommendations to support key decisions.
- Analyze and explain variances between actual and budgeted figures.
- Interpret monthly P&L results for Business Unit COO.
- Collaborate on annual business planning and growth strategies.
- Create business cases for redevelopment and asset enhancement.
- Provide forward-looking financial insights on market trends.
- Perform financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.
- Mentor Finance Executives in the team. Improve internal controls and financial processes.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree or equivalent, with CPA or relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial & Big 4, including 2 years in FP&A.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Self-directed and deadline-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
