Job Description

We are seeking a

highly motivated, hands-on, and autonomous FP&A Analyst

to join our finance team in Singapore. This is an

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support month-end and year-end financial close activities. Develop presentations and reports for management using Excel and PowerPoint. Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide meaningful insights. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in financial reporting.

Test and lead adoption of SaaS performance management tools

within the organization.

Participate in initiatives to raise financial awareness

across business units.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Curious, with strong communication skills, highly motivated, hands-on, and able to work autonomously

Plus:

Familiarity with SaaS performance management tools is a plus.

Prior work experience in business development, finance, or strategy is welcomed.

Prior experience in a

start-up or entrepreneurial environment

is desired.
