Position: Financial Reporting AnalystLocation: Manila, Philippines Summary of the Position:
Create, present, maintain and enhance data-driven and intuitive reports that provides visibility on the operational and business-related results and performance to drive business decision such as standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement decisions and strategy. Responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for automation and internal dashboard creation. You will assist with data validation, SLA tracking, and KPI reporting to support best-in-class Order to Cash (OTC) performance.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare regularly cadenced and detailed reports regionally based on current reporting structures
Regularly review and propose report enhancements in support to business and operational goals
Maintain reports in a user-friendly structure and open location
Create and maintain BI, Tableau and/or Macro dashboards
Identify candidates for OTC automation
Communicate with regional counterparts or even cross functional teams to gather information to ensure reports are insightful and accurate
Work with different support teams such as IT to create auto-refresh dashboards which will be available for us by Leads and other users of the reports
Support ongoing analysis of business and operational performance trends and insights required to inform decisions
Maintain reporting library
Perform analysis and testing as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong computer literacy and experience, particularly Excel (expert level), Macro, Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, SFDC (Salesforce), Netsuite & Word
Experience with Blackline, CFORIA and workflows are an advantage
End to end process knowledge of OTC especially on Order Management, Billing and Credit Memo and Payroll processing is preferred
Previous experience working across geographies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively cross functionally (Process Excellence, AP, Sales/AE, Tax, Revenue, Credit and Collection, SOX team and Internal/ External Audit)
Displays initiative in the carrying out of their duties, constantly looking for ways to improve processes to promote efficiency or strengthen control
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Willingness to take on additional projects or workload from time to time
Mature & professional approach to work to ensure the person respects the confidentiality of the data they are responsible for
Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines and willingness to work longer than standard hours to ensure a task is completed on time when required
Ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers

Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent
3-6 years of experience in OTC reporting and business/operational performance analysis
