They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data, analyze financial statements, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead the consolidation process of financial data from various business units, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights to senior management regarding financial performance, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process, ensuring adherence to audit requirements and timely completion of audits.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices into financial reporting processes.
• Mentor and develop a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis, ideally within a multinational company or Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using financial reporting tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information effectively.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
