Your team

You\'ll be working in the Reporting & Analytics Services (RAS) team, in Hong Kong or Singapore. We are a central reporting and management information service for UBS and support the UBS Global Wealth Management division. You\'ll be engaging with project and functional stakeholders, end users, and colleagues across RAS both onshore and in offshore service center locations.

Your expertise

You have:
- Lead management reporting and stakeholder management.
- Drive improvements across financial and operational processes (including identifying opportunities for workflow automation and process automation)
- Gather and prioritize data/information management and MI reporting requirements
- Drive and manage the design and visualization, development, implementation, and maintenance of datamarts/ tracking/ MI/ dashboard.
- Collaborate and coordinate with technology, process and business/CFO and other stakeholders to solicit their buy-in and subsequent joint efforts in defining, prioritizing, and implementing data management.
- Manage the ongoing enhancement of the platform: collect user requirements; review and prioritize development needs; work with system stakeholders (IT) on actual development and coordinate the implementation/ release
- Support other ad hoc task/project implementation

Experience and skills

You have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data and Information Management, or a related discipline. Master degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in management reporting, data visualization or finance systems implementation
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx Designer is required.
- Experience Kyvos, MSTR, VBA, RPA, SQL is preferred.
- Business process analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and document the current workflow
- Data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze the different identifiers and hierarchies and understand the relationship between them and any controls currently in place
- Ability to challenge practices and gain consensus between legacy approaches and /or conflicting priorities
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving, influencing and communication skills
