On behalf of a leading Brokerage Firm, we are looking for a Sales Support/Admin Associate to join the team.

Role description: The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Sales Team in Singapore. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, and answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to the sales team by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and other sales materials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on customer payments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
