Descriptions of Key Job Duties: 1. Collaborating with management to gather and analyze financial information; 2. Develop and maintain banking relationships; 3. Work with business units for providing financing assumptions, deciding the optimum financing structure of the projects and underwriting the financing requirements; 4. Manage borrowing, intercompany funding processes; 5. Assist in review and negotiate financing offers to ensure competitive terms and pricing; 6. Execute banking facility documentation and manage the bank funding process; 7. Assist in review and advise hedging / execution strategies for foreign exchange and interest rate; 8. Support investment and divestment activities, including providing support for funding and capital/profit repatriation; 9. Assist the management for Cash flow budgeting and forecasting; 10. Prepare comprehensive treasury updates and deck to the senior management; 11. Identify and implement improvement initiatives for treasury processes to drive efficiency; 12. Work with the finance teams to monitor the various compliances under loan facilities; 13. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.

Skills Requirement: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or related discipline; 2. Minimum 3 to 5 years as a Finance/Treasury Specialist, or similar; 3. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts; 4. Superb attention to detail; 5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; 6. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities; 7. Great organizational and time-management skills; 8. Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and written, in order to liaise with local counterparties.
