Reporting to Deputy Director, Advancement & Alumni, the position is responsible for overseeing key "knowledge management" functions to advance the University\'s fundraising and alumni engagement goals.
This role is responsible for the development, accuracy and comprehensiveness of fundraising and alumni databases, as well as systems, tools, and applications to help drive fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives.
The Assistant Director, Advancement & Alumni Operations will ensure the integrity of fundraising and alumni information and determine how to translate data into usable, actionable information for the formation and execution of fundraising and alumni engagement strategies and measures of success. He / She will develop work processes, anticipating and meeting users\' needs.
This position will also lead the gift processing and acknowledgement process, as well as assist Director, Advancement & Alumni, in managing the Division\'s budgets and help oversee procurement processes.
