Job Description

Main Role

• Responsible for Fire Protection System (Fire Safety Acts such as sprinkler, hosereel, automatic fire alarm system, FEDB, FSER etc. government authorization activities) design reviews, comprehensive technical supports and coordination of multi-discipline groups for mega project
• Participate in technical discussions with clients & suppliers
• Participate in interface coordination with vendors & sub-contractors
• Perform engineering tasks related to project sites efficient and accurate
• Establish QA process for design quality control on project sites
• Coordinate design firms on related project sites in accordance with applicable QA process
• Prepare technical drawings for project such as bridges/road/coastal structures
• Prepare and respond commercial issues from client, design firms and sub-contractors
• Manage specifically assigned project site activities such as design schedule, technical issues and liaison with various stakeholders
• Submission application to authorities and follow up regulation
• Monitoring and helping permits for construction process
• Control(reception & distribution) and manage the drawings & documents from client & design firm
• Check, review and control V/O items
• Review BIM modeling files

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 1 year of working in construction site
• Required Skill(s): Auto CAD, REVIT, MS-Office
• Manager specialized in Fire Protection system (sprinkler, hose reel, automatic fire alarm system, FEDB, FSER etc. like governmental authoratiztion activities) or equivalent.
• Preferably have work experience in the construction industry.
