Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractors' progress in accordance with shop drawings, method statements, and material samples, ensuring compliance. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as authorities, subcontractors, and clients to review shop drawings, materials, and samples. Review and align fire protection design drawings to meet specifications and guidelines for various systems. Possess knowledge in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to identify discrepancies with other provisions. Execute projects according to schedule and manage meetings with contractors to address issues and provide progress updates. Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with standards. Delegate tasks to supervisors, ensuring proper completion within standards and procedures. Lead testing and commissioning of fire protection systems and coordinate site inspections and defect rectifications. Prepare operation and maintenance manuals (OMM), training materials, and As-Built drawings for handing over completed systems to clients. Oversee maintenance of fire protection systems during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in Fire Safety Systems.

Proficiency in MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
