Job Description

• Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender/Geylang MRT)
• Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
• 6 Days work per week (8am to 5pm)
• $3000 to $4000 (depends on experience)
• Diploma/Degree/Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possess quantity surveying skills is a plus
• Experience in a marine construction company is favorable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD

• Supervise building fire protection & security system
• Ensure compliance with Fire Code & Security requirements
• Conduct daily check on installation works
• Conduct coordination work with other trades.
• Assure compliance to code of practice.
• Understand of Fire & security system operation & function
• Prepare & submit permit to work application
• Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
