About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

This RSM role sits within the Customer Franchise team which is part of the integration team looking after Customer Segment Proposition.

The RSM - CVP & Communications role focuses on the following deliverables:

Key Deliverables

  • Review customer segment Value Proposition (CVP) across both Citi & UOB across the region & seek to enhance & strengthen the go-to Segment CVP for the region.
  • Leverage ongoing customer focus groups & surveys to sharpen and establish go-to segment CVPs for both the region & SG
  • Partner & collaborate with regional product & marketing teams to strengthen segment offerings
  • Develop segment CVP-focused communication & campaign plan for the region to drive customer engagement & maximize Citi customer retention
  • Work with country workstream leads to ensure the translation of segment strategy into operational action planning and monitors implementation of the regional CVP plans.
  • Provide ongoing progress/updates at regular cadences, gather feedback / input from country workstream leads
Job Requirements
  • Recognized university degree with minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience working on segments, cards & partnerships.
  • He/She should have strong analytical skills and is meticulous, proactive and able to think independently and creatively
  • Experience in Strategy Planning is a plus
  • Resourceful and has good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
  • Has good communication and writing skills; with ability to distill information and present to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tracks and is adaptable to evolving business needs & challenges
