About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to provide operational readiness support for technology changes to business and operation users
  • Manage staff and related matters
  • Manage team\'s yearly budget
  • Develop the yearly BOW and agree on the associated cost with all stakeholders
  • Manage the risk associated with User Acceptance Testing
  • Develop and implement efficiency plans and meet agreed KPI on efficiency
  • Ensure team understand the requirements, prepare and completes UAT in the agreed conditions, objectives and timeline.
  • Ensure that the team conducts the trainings to end users are completed and end users are able to perform the required changes
  • Ensure that agreed timelines are met and take necessary actions to realign where necessary
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Min 10 years of working experience in Operations (Loans and Credit Admin will be an advantage)
  • Experience in testing is preferred
  • Experience in managing large team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
