Requirements:
One to three years of expertise in private credit or fixed income analysis
Credit analysts on the buy-side or sell-side are welcome to apply.
A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration, or an equivalent degree; CFA certification desired * Outstanding research, analytical, and mathematical abilities with a strong attention to detail
Self-starter with an exceptional work ethic and unwavering moral principles
Good planning and project management abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and carry out a variety of jobs
The capacity to comprehend and go over credit agreements and/or legal papers
An entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for ongoing development in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presenting skills; proficiency in Mandarin and English
Technical expertise and knowledge with database applications such as Creditsights, Bloomberg, etc.
