Established more than 100 years ago, it has evolved into a symbol of sophistication and innovation, producing clothing that blend tradition with modernity.About The Strategic RoleThe Flagship Store Director will lead the vision and operations for our iconic concept store, known for redefining the customer experience and offering a curated, immersive space that blends fashion, lifestyle, art, and innovation. This role will oversee every aspect of the store, including customer experience, sales growth, community engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong background in luxury or lifestyle retail, a passion for trendsetting, and an understanding of what it takes to craft an exceptional, unforgettable store experience.The Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead and execute the store\'s vision, aligning operations and experiences with brand identity and concept.
• Develop high-touch, personalized customer experiences that foster loyalty and community engagement.
• Drive sales and business growth through strategic KPIs, trend analysis, and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate on merchandising and inventory to ensure a dynamic product assortment and optimal stock levels.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of 60 sales staff to deliver exceptional service and embody the store\'s creative ethos.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in luxury fashion retail management, with 3+ years in a flagship or concept store role.
• Proven leadership managing a team of minimum 40 staff and building and motivating creative teams focused on brand alignment and customer engagement.
• Strong business acumen, with a track record in driving revenue and achieving KPIs in experiential retail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in [required languages, if applicable].
