Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)
Coordinate all dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles from one station to another
Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management
Responsible for running daily operations and managing a team
Maintain good working relationships with customers
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and require coordination with other departments
Plan execute daily planning based on Standard Operations Procedures
Job Requirements:
* Possess experience in transportation and logistics fleet will be advantageous
