Job Description
Location : Ubi Ave 4Position : Fleet Management OfficerEmployment duration \xe2\x80\x93 early July 2024 to May 2025Maximum salary S$3,000 depending on relevant working experience.The officer is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as managing various over and above services for our fleet of vehicles.Key Responsibilities:1. Verify vehicle servicing job sheets and ensure all documents tally with the job performed.2. Liaise with contractors to rectify any errors and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.3. Endorse and submit documents to relevant authorities for approval.4. Monitor maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.5. Prepare and send out monthly servicing schedules to contractors and SCDF units.6. Manage additional services such as engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby, andcollection/return of vehicles.7. Oversee accident and ad hoc repairs, ensuring accuracy of pricing and documentation.8. Coordinate surveyor appraisals for accident repairs.Requirements:1. Familiarity with procurement processes and budget management.2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.4.
