Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and report transport KPIs
- Plan and assign daily haulage transportation for containers (export/import) to all drivers and manpower at an optimum level
- Ensure accurate data is captured in the transport management system
- Implement and maintain the SOPs of the transport department
- Conduct an investigation and suggest corrective & preventive actions for any delivery discrepancies, accidents and customer complaints
- Foster good relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensure operational efficiency and participate in continuous improvement plan
- Ensure compliance to safety standards by conducting audits and safety briefings to the staff and drivers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in route planning or distribution operation
- Familiar with LTA and other local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 rules and regulations
- Familiar with Singapore directory information and traffic conditions
- Good interpersonal skills and a self-driven individual
- Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point)
- Ability to multi-task and work under fast-paced environment
- Able to work under shifts (0830am to 0600pm ; 0430am to 0200pm)
