Proven excellent customer service skills in managing premium customers
Solid experience (5+ years of experience) in admin work, customer service is highly preferred, with 3-5 years of flight attendant-related experience (which in serving business/ first class or private jet is preferred)
Great hospitality mindset, customer and people-oriented, tactful, good at communicating and collaborating with people of different personalities
Native/fluent in Mandarin & English speaking and writing are essential to serve Chinese customers
Strong cultural awareness with good understanding of Chinese culture
Organized, calm, multi-tasking and also pay great attention to details
Flexible and work well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Value team work and collaborative working styles
Private jet working experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Immediate available will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
For Flight Attendant
Provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to the owner and the guests on private jet
Coordinates preflight activities to ensure the proper maintenance status of the emergency equipment, cleanliness of the cabin, stocking of the aircraft and proper catering orders onboard.
Perform other administrative tasks and ground duties as business requires
For Admin & Event support
Administrative, event and hospitality support for the owner during ground time
Provide full support in company events and activities including greeting guests, guest registration, contacting chefs and preparing menu for hospitality and handling procurement requests.
Provide clerical support as business required
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
