Job Description
Australian Airline Account
- Sales & Customer Service via Live Person (chat) - Help passengers establish itineraries, answer general questions regarding existing booking or travel, maximize sales opportunities.
- Salary: PHP14,000, no allowance
- Performance incentives (Profit Shares)
- 24/7 operations, Shifting schedule
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Naga
- Security Requirement: Must have an updated NBI Clearance upon Job Offer
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written, Excellent spelling and grammar)
- Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Naga
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
- 13th month salary
- Naga, Camarines Sur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Reservation Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
