Plan schedule and deploy staff accordingly. (In line with Brotzeit's employment standards and Singapore's employment regulations). . Ensure staff carried out their duties effectively. . Manage, control and provide service quality during shift. . Maintain high level of customer service by embracing the 7-Steps of Excellence as per QSC standards. . Monitor and implement guidelines and procedures (service and bar). . Solicit feedback from guest, likewise for staff in areas for improvement and incorporates useful suggestions into enhancing operations. . Display leadership skills and provide continuous coaching and support to fellow employees. . Proactive and constant maintenance and cleanliness. . Supervision and control of lighting, music, transmitting the authentic Brotzeit experience. . Provide ideas for ambience improvements, enhancing guest experience. . Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. . Responsible for meeting the set sales target. . Ensure proper inventory management handover.
